By accessing or using Living on Assignment (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Living on Assignment is a mentoring app that provides personalized daily insights, reflection prompts, guided Reset sessions, lessons, and a knowledge center. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate guidance tailored to your profile and input.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it updated. You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten others through the Service.
• Attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that could damage or impair its functionality.

The Service uses AI to generate personalized guidance, insights, and responses. This content is provided for informational and reflective purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice, including medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on guidance received through the Service.

The Service may offer subscription plans, including a free trial and paid premium plans. During our initial launch period, all features are available free of charge. When paid subscriptions become available, pricing and billing terms will be clearly disclosed within the app prior to any purchase.

Subscriptions, where applicable, are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and use your information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Living on Assignment and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without our permission.

Content you create—such as reflection responses—remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the guidance provided will be accurate or suitable for your situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Living on Assignment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any guidance or insights provided through the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms within the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
